He was nominated for the Writers Guild of America Award for Roseanne’s 1992 episode, The Dark Ages. Likewise, he was a consulting producer for two episodes of Roseanne’s spinoff The Conners in 2019.
His other hit TV series were Doogie Howser, M.D., My Boys, That ‘70s Show, Nurses, Mr. Sunshine, That’s Life, and Welcome to New York.
